✅ Sweet Indulgence: Tempting Desserts Made with Nutritious Millets

Who said indulgence and nutrition can’t go hand in hand? With millets, you can enjoy guilt-free Indian sweets that are just as rich, comforting, and festive — minus the heaviness.

Millets like ragi, little millet, foxtail millet, and kodo millet are packed with calcium, iron, fiber, and complex carbs. When combined with natural sweeteners like jaggery, nuts, and ghee — the result is pure magic.

Here are 4 tempting millet-based desserts you can enjoy year-round — at home or on special occasions.
